Website strategy, design and development

The challenge
Fresh Flow needed a professional digital presence that made its services easy to understand and gave prospective customers a clear route to enquire.
The approach
We organised the site around customer questions, created a responsive visual system and designed clear service pathways for customers on desktop and mobile.
The result
A focused, credible website that gives Fresh Flow a stronger foundation for presenting its services and converting interest into enquiries.

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Every build includes CMS setup so you can edit the content that changes — text, images, prices, opening hours — without breaking the design or needing us for small updates.
Will the website work on mobile?
Yes. We design one system across desktop, tablet and mobile rather than squeezing a desktop layout down, so the phone version is designed deliberately — which is where most visitors to a service business arrive.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. A redesign gives the site a new structure and visual system, and we start the same way as a new build: what the site has to do, who it is for, and what a visitor needs to understand before they act.
Do you build accessible websites?
Accessibility is part of the build, not an add-on afterwards: contrast, keyboard navigation, labels and semantic structure are designed in as we go.
What do I need before starting?
The goal of the site, who it is for, the pages you think you need and your ideal launch date. If you do not have all of it, discovery is where we work it out — structure and content planning are agreed before design starts.
Anything not answered here, ask in your enquiry and we will answer it in writing.
Ready to build a better website?
Tell us what the website needs to achieve, who it is for and when you want to launch. We’ll reply with any questions and recommend the right scope.
